Ingredients

  • large ice cubes
  • 200ml lemonade
  • 200ml Spanish red wine
  • 25ml sweet vermouth (optional)
  • lemon slices, to serve
  • fresh mint, to serve

Method

  1. Fill 2 wine glasses with ice cubes and divide the lemonade between them.
  2. Top up with the red wine and vermouth, if using. Stir to combine, then garnish with the lemon slices and mint.
